Please join the Pennsylvania Organization for Watersheds and Rivers (POWR) and the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC) for an in-person gathering of watershed group leaders to share resource information, learn techniques to help build capacity, and network with other groups in Northeast Pennsylvania. Building on the success of previous regional meetings and the statewide conference, POWR and PEC are once again convening meetings across the state to identify needs and provide organizational capacity and technical resource tools.
