Megan Marrangoni joined PEC in December 2022 as the Vice President of Operations. In her role she is responsible for finance, human resources, and facilities management. Prior to PEC, she worked as the Associate Executive Director for Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, where she led the organization through a merger and helped to shape its culture and strategic plan.
Megan was born and raised in Pittsburgh and has always enjoyed nature and outdoor recreation. She spent most of her childhood visiting her grandmother’s property near Cook Forest, PA, hiking and swimming in the Clarion River. She holds an MBA from Keller School of Management and participated in Leadership Pittsburgh in 2022. In her free time, Megan enjoys time with her husband and children, volunteers, and hikes with her pup, Ruth.
