Groundbreaking: New Trail Bridge in Jim Thorpe

PennDOT Secretary Leslie Richards and DCNR Secretary Cindy Adams Dunn will join Carbon County Commissioners to break ground on the long-awaited pedestrian bridge in Jim Thorpe.  When completed, the bridge will provide a key connection for the D&L Trail over the Lehigh River.
