The Upstream Suburban Philadelphia Watershed Collaborative represents one of the eight priority areas in the Delaware River Watershed Initiative, which formed in 2014 with funding from the William Penn Foundation to unite communities under the following goals: reduce pollution, protect headwaters, and promote water-smart practices and policies across the entire watershed.
