Samantha Lesesne joined PEC in November 2024 as the Administrative Coordinator. In her role, she oversees functions such as financial administration, human resources support, and office management. Her responsibilities include processing cash disbursements, maintaining vendor contracts, administering employee benefits, and supporting onboarding for new hires. She also manages office operations by coordinating IT needs, ordering supplies, and fielding inquiries on the main phone line.
Prior to PEC, Samantha built a strong foundation of experience through more than a decade in customer service, coupled with her skills in bookkeeping and administrative support. Her dedication to operational excellence and organizational efficiency has been a hallmark of her professional journey.
Samantha is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business at The University of Phoenix, with a focus on enhancing her leadership and strategic management skills. A passionate humanitarian at heart, she envisions using her talents to create positive change within her community.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys creative writing, volunteering, and spending quality time with her family. She is also deeply committed to empowering others and fostering growth and resilience, both personally and professionally.
