Jim Denova serves as a senior advisor for special projects, particularly in the area of community development.
He has had over forty years of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit management, including such roles as the Vice President of the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation, Executive Director of the Forbes Fund, Senior Program Officer with the Jewish Heathcare Foundation, Director of Research and Planning for the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Research Director for the Community College of Beaver County,
Jim currently serves on the boards of Film Pittsburgh and Manchester Bidwell Corporation, as well as advisory committees for The Remake Learning Network and Robert Morris University’s Center for Innovation and Outreach.
Jim holds a Ph.D. in social research from the University of Pittsburgh.
