Prior to joining PEC in 2021, Jen has worked in recruitment, office management and HR with charter schools in West Philadelphia. As Events and Administration Manager, she is responsible for planning the annual Philadelphia dinner, the Environment Ride, supporting the President and Vice-President of Operations, and helping to implement PEC’s DEI strategy.

Originally from the Boston area, Jen moved to Philly in 2018 after graduating from the University of Delaware. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish, which gave her the opportunity to spend a semester in southern Spain, furthering her appreciation for rich culture and history. Jen is passionate about making sustainability accessible to everyone. In her free time, you can find her at local farmer’s markets, biking around the city, or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
