Angela Vitkoski is a Project Manager in PEC’s Northeast office, where she has worked since 1998. While at PEC she has been responsible for the overall management of the Northeastern Pennsylvania office and manages coordination of the annual Northeast Pennsylvania Environmental Partnership Awards Dinner and the annual Governor Awards Dinner. She has assisted in the preparation and project coordination of numerous river conservation plans, including the Catawissa, Mehoopany, and the Greater Wyoming Valley Rivers Conservation Plans.

Vitkoski has also aided in the preparation of several trail feasibility studies, including the Greater Kingston Area Trail/Greenway Feasibility Study, the City of Wilkes-Barre Trail/Greenway Master Plan, and the Harvey’s Creek Trail Connector Feasibility Plan Project. She assists the Pocono Forest and Water Conservation Landscape (PFWCL) with the PFW CL mini-grant program and is project manager of the Pennsylvania Organization of Watersheds and Rivers (POWR).

Vitkoski and her husband Ben reside in Kingston Township, Pa., with their children Celeste and Jordan.
