PEC Comments on Proposed Shale Gas Rulemaking

Today the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, the Environmental Defense Fund, and the Pennsylvania Chapter of The Nature Conservancy submitted the attached comments on proposed rulemaking to improve environmental protection standards in regulations with respect to shale gas operations.
