Comments on Local Impacts of Marcellus Shale Development
Ellen Ferretti, a Vice President with PEC, will testify before the Senate Majority Policy Committee today on local impacts of Marcellus Shale development. The focus of the testimony will be on the need for better information assessment, as well as enhanced opportunity for comprehensive site planning, in the development process.
