PEC strongly supports Senate Bill 30 (P.N. 11), which allows the Fish & Boat Commission to establish its own fees.
As an independent agency not supported by General Fund revenues, it is vital that the Commission has sufficient ability to support its important work for the Commonwealth. Not only do they help maintain one of the cornerstones of our state’s economy – recreation and tourism – they perform vital conservation programs that increase quality of life for all Pennsylvanians.
