The Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC) drafted its initial comments on the federal Clean Power Plan, with its official comments set to be submitted prior to the Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP) Nov. 12, 2015 deadline.
John Walliser, PEC Vice President for Government & Legal Affairs, will deliver the comments on Monday, Sept. 21 at Carnegie Mellon University at one of DEP’s Clean Power Plan Listening sessions.
