Panel Discusses Pipeline Safety Issues at Wilkes University

WILKES-BARRE — Nearly 60 area residents gathered at Wilkes University’s Stark Learning Center Thursday night for a panel discussion on the gas drilling industry and pipelines proposed for the region.
