What’s the connection between kayaking, the 1794 Whiskey Rebellion, and David Bowie?
The Mon River Towns initiative and Venture Outdoors co-hosted the Rebel Rebel Float Trip on August 6th, 2017. The outing received funding through the Pennsylvania River Sojourn Program administered by the Pennsylvania Organization for Watersheds and Rivers (POWR), an affiliate of the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC).
