Researcher Spencer Phillips, Ph.D., unpacks the far-reaching economic impacts of water quality in southwestern Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands. Phillips is the lead author of an innovative new study funded by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and partners in DCNR’s Laurel Highlands Conservation Landscape.
