Featuring an informal discussion and singalong on the Washington Avenue Pier with Eppchez Yo-Sí Yes, author of the TrailOff story Appear to Me (aka A Pier to Me)

Appear to Me mashes together the past and present itinerant denizens of the Delaware River’s shores. Don’t miss the surprises, beauty, and history, as you stroll the 1.5 mile path and hear snippets from the lives of those who’ve lived, worked, and loved along this urban gem. Filled with a dreamy troubadour spirit, rough songs, and honest conversation these untold tales of the waterfront are narrated by feral cats channeling the hobo poet W. H. Davies, radical dock workers, Lenape boaters, cruisers, fishing teens, and even talking litter, all each simply seeking a moment of respite.

Experience this immersive audio story through a cutting-edge app that syncs audio to your phone’s GPS as you walk. All of TrailOff’s stories are written by BIPOC authors to bring new perspectives to outdoor recreation spaces. Featured in Best of Philly!
