Third Annual Delaware River Watershed Forum

Registration is now open for the 3rd Annual Delaware River Watershed Forum, which will be held from Oct. 5-6 at the University of Delaware.
Hosted by the Coalition for the Delaware River Watershed, the theme of this year’s event is development of a watershed-wide vision. This theme will be addressed through a mix of plenary and breakout sessions that highlight initiatives underway around the watershed and related issues.
Also back this year are tours of nearby sites to showcase local efforts to protect and restore resources, as well as an evening reception at the Delaware Nature Society’s Ashland Nature Center. New this year are breakfast roundtables for informal discussions about timely topics and Mini Workshops for a more practical and in-depth exploration of key subjects. Free organizational counseling sessions are also available on a first-come, first serve basis.
PEC’s Watersheds Program Director Susan Myerov will be leading the stormwater permitting workshop on October 6. PEC is member of the Coalition for the Delaware River Watershed steering Committee.
