River of the Year Gala

Concluding its 2015 River of the Year celebration, the Conewango Creek Watershed Association is planning a Mardi-Gras-themed gala.
The dinner’s featured speaker will be Robin Foster, Ph.D. candidate at SUNY Buffalo, who will discuss the Eastern Hellbender, a sign of the general health of a waterway. Efforts have begun to see if the species exist on the Conewango.
Highlights of this year’s River of the Year activities will also be shown during the dinner.
