Pennsylvania’s Impact Fee on Unconventional Gas Wells: Working as Promised?

The Shale Gas Governance Center (SGGC) will host Pennsylvania Auditor General Eugene DePasquale at the Twentieth Century Club on September 20 to discuss the Impact Fee on unconventional gas wells.
The SGGC was established for the purpose of promoting research, teaching, and outreach on governance issues related to natural gas extraction from shale gas formations.
