Meeting: Wilkes-Barre & Eastern Rail Trail Feasibility Study

Residents are invited to a public meeting to gather input for a feasibility study on the proposed Wilkes-Barre & Eastern Rail Trail Corridor.
The discussion will focus on various trail routing alternatives along remnant and active portions of rail corridors linking the Poconos with the Lackawanna and Wyoming Valleys.
