Manayunk Bridge Trail Opening

The ribbon cutting for the Manayunk Bridge Trail has been scheduled for Friday, Oct. 30 at 11:00 a.m. This new trail (with incredible views and historic importance), will connect the Schuylkill River Trail to the Cynwyd Heritage Trail. Participants will meet at 10 a.m. at Riverbend Cycles while runners leave at 11 a.m. and cyclists at 11:30 a.m.
Participants can run or bike the five miles from Spring Mill Station on the Schuylkill River Trail, across the newly opened Manayunk Bridge Trail, then enjoy a catered picnic with Schuylkill River Towns in Lower Merion Township to celebrate the new connection.
