On and Under the Delaware River Clean-Up

The National Park Service will be hosting the annual On and Under the Delaware River Clean-Up on July 18 and 19.
On July 18, the clean up will take place on the Upper Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River before the event moves to the Middle Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River within Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area the following day.
To date, employees and volunteers have removed more than 450 tons of trash from the Delaware River including 8,881 tires and 8,695 pounds of aluminum cans.
