As a Program Manager of Energy & Climate, Lindsay Baxter works on both projects and policy related to energy with an emphasis on energy efficiency and renewable energy, including low-impact hydropower. Her recent work has focused on deep decarbonization.

Prior to joining PEC in 2011, she was the Sustainability Coordinator for the City of Pittsburgh. She holds a B.A. from Allegheny College, an M.S. in Environmental Science and Management from Duquesne University, and a Certificate in Renewable Energy from St. Francis University. She is certified as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP).

A native of Westmoreland County, she lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, daughter, and Labrador Retriever and enjoys hiking, running, and baking.
